The MLA went to Choppadandi from Alwal the other day. Yesterday evening the victim is believed to have called the MLA and said she is taking the extreme step. By the time MLA reached the house, the damage had been done already, reports say.
Seeing his better half motionless the MLA became unconscious and was taken to the medical facility. The visuals of the MLA taking treatment went viral. It is a big shock to the MLA and his family.
The couple has two children, one daughter and one son. The victim is said to be a Government teacher. Having heard the news the leaders are coming to meet the MLA and offer their condolence messages.
