Jayabheri, a leading company in the construction sector, is making headlines due to recent notices from Hydra. Murali Mohan, the company's founder and a former MP, actor, and producer, addressed the situation. He confirmed that Hydra has issued notices but explained that Jayabheri has not committed any deliberate encroachment.

According to Murali Mohan, Hydra officials visited their site after receiving complaints from locals. They found a temporary shed encroaching up to 3 feet into the buffer zone of the Gachibowli Rangalalkunta pond. In response, Jayabheri is actively removing the shed. Murali Mohan emphasized that despite being in the real estate business for 33 years, Jayabheri has never been involved in fraud. He assured that the shed would be dismantled by Tuesday evening, given a 15-day period.

The news of Hydra's notices has generated significant attention over the past two days. The revelation that even a prominent company like Jayabheri has faced rule violations sparked discussions. The Rangalalkunta Pond, situated in the Gachibowli Financial District, is part of a broader initiative to remove encroachments. As part of this plan, FTL decided to demolish any structures within the pond's buffer zone.

Hydra has given Jayabheri a 15-day deadline to remove the encroaching structures. If not addressed, Hydra has warned that they will carry out the demolition themselves. The complaints about illegal constructions around the Rangalalkunta pond led to an inspection by Hydra Commissioner Ranganath. He stressed the importance of immediate action against any violations.
