The latest development is suggesting that Nagarjuna has withdrawn the case at the higher court and a feasible solution was found.
Nagarjuna has decided to end his legal battle with former minister Konda Surekha. He informed the court that he wanted to withdraw the case, using Section 280 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
After hearing his statement, the court accepted his request and officially closed the case. On November 13, 2025, the court marked it as “dismissed as withdrawn,” bringing the matter to an end.
With the court’s approval, all legal processes related to this case have now ended. Supporters of both sides are relieved that the issue has been settled without further disputes.
