Everyone talks about him as NTR’s grandson, Chandrababu’s son, and Balakrishna’s son-in-law. Lokesh is often called the “golden spoon,” but for me, success never came that easily.
I contested the 2019 elections from Mangalagiri, a constituency where the Telugu Desam Party had not won since 1985. I lost, but in life, defeat is a part of the journey. Every loss teaches a lesson, and that experience became my stepping stone.
Instead of being discouraged, I took the lessons to heart and dedicated the next five years to hard work, connecting with people, and strengthening my presence in the constituency. I focused on understanding local issues and delivering tangible solutions, earning the trust of the voters through consistent effort.
The results of 2024 reflected that persistence. I won with a margin of 91,000 votes, the third-highest majority in the entire state. The victory was not just personal, it symbolized perseverance, resilience, and the power of learning from setbacks.
What might seem like an easy path for some, like Lokesh, was earned through years of toil, patience, and dedication. This journey reaffirmed that while a golden spoon may open doors, determination and hard work write lasting stories of success.
