Neuralink Hits Bull’s Eye: Successfully Performs Second Implant!

Elon Musk never fails to stun the world with the work he does. When the whole world went through a lot of troubles with the Covid outbreak his Tesla saw massive profits as the EV vehicles were sent to various parts of the world. The same happened when Elon Musk acquired one of the leading social media platforms Twitter which is X now.

Elon Musk is on a massive mission to change the connection between humans and machines with Neuralink. The company successfully implanted a second chip in the brain. The results were encouraging so far with good results.

The patient who received the implant had a spinal cord injury the same as the first patient. Without revealing many details Elon Musk said that the second patient who received the chip is doing well now and 400 electrodes are working properly.

Having said that, Elon Musk observed the company is in plans to implant chips in as many as eight more patients to have a better understanding of the chips and their effectiveness.

Neuralink aims at establishing a link between a human and a device with the help of a chip. Those who received the chips would be able to use the systems and internet with the help of a chip without a mouse.

Earlier Neuralink successfully implanted a chip in a human brain and the patient is said to be able to play video games, browse the internet, and do other activities. As an additional success, the chip was implanted in the second patient deriving good results. The company wants to go for additional implants in the coming days
