The ongoing ODI series between India and New Zealand got completed tonight as the final ODI game between the two countries was played at the Indore Stadium. However, this has been a disappointing result for India as they could not contain the visiting nation of New Zealand.

Incidentally, New Zealand was absolutely brilliant with bat and ball as they completed a remarkable victory against India in the ODI series. They have completed remarkable achievement as they have won the ODI series against India. This happens to be the first time in recent history that India has lost a ODI series against New Zealand, and this could not have come at worse time.

At a time when Indian seniors like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are fighting for the upcoming 2027 World Cup, this series defeat against New Zealand is of great prominence to the Indian team. This is not what is expected from India at this point in time either. Also, this happens to be the first time that India has lost a ODI game in the Indore stadium. Subsequently, India has lost, not just one but 2 insane records in a single day.One of the positive things about this series is that Virat Kohli has gained demonstrated his supreme form, and he is fully indicating that he is prepared for the World Cup.
