Their company, Subdigi Ventures Private Limited, was allegedly producing and distributing adult content in collaboration with Technius Limited, a Cyprus-based firm that manages websites like Xhamster and Stripchat.

Investigations revealed that the couple had set up an adult webcam streaming studio inside their residence, recruiting women through social media by promising high salaries. During a raid, officials found three women actively creating pornographic content.

The ED also uncovered financial transactions involving foreign remittances amounting to ₹15.66 crore, falsely documented as payments for advertising and market research services.

The operation relied on international transactions to fund its activities, raising concerns about money laundering and exploitation. The authorities believe that such illegal ventures often function under the guise of legitimate businesses, making it crucial to scrutinize financial records.

This case highlights the increasing efforts by Indian law enforcement to crack down on online exploitation and illegal adult content production.
