AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu graced the 20th-anniversary celebrations of the NTR Educational Institutions in Gandipet, marking two decades of transformative service. Reflecting on the venue’s history, the Chief Minister noted that Gandipet, once a strategic center for political training, has evolved into a nurturing ground for the next generation of leaders.
Established in 2005 through the NTR Memorial Trust, these institutions were founded to support orphaned and underprivileged children. Mr. Naidu lauded his wife, Nara Bhuvaneshwari, for her exceptional management and dedication in scaling the trust from a modest initiative to a mighty tree.
He highlighted the institution's academic excellence, noting that alumni have secured seats in prestigious IITs and IIMs, while others have excelled in competitive civil services and judicial exams. The Chief Minister linked education to his broader national vision, stating his ambition for India to become the world’s leading economy through the Vikasit Bharat 2047 initiative.
He emphasized that education is the most powerful weapon for social change and wealth creation, urging students to embrace global knowledge and modern technology while preserving core values. He joked that while he is credited as father of Information Technology in Hyderabad for building Hi-Tech City, he is still holding a paper but his wife Nara Bhuvaneshwari holds an iPad. He further stated that her service oriented nature has been the primary factor behind NTR Trust becoming such a huge success.
Nara Bhuvaneshwari reaffirmed the Trust’s commitment to the motto "Service to Man is Service to God." Beyond education, the Trust has impacted millions through healthcare camps, blood donation drives, and disaster management. She stated that her father NTR's noble ideals have been foundation stones for their functions.
