NTR's Commemorative Coins Sale Surpasses 10k Mark!

Legendary personality NTR has an unmatched following among the Telugu people. As an example of the craze, the Indian government released a special Rs 100 coin commemorating his centenary birth anniversary. It is known that the special coin which is not valid in the market was released by President Droupadi Murmu. When the coin was made available for sale in the open market, it saw a huge demand.

The coin was made available for sale both online and offline. The coins were sold like hotcakes online and became out of stock. Even offline, as many as 5,000 coins were sold on day one. It is known that the coins were sold at Hyderabad’s Saifabad and the mint centers in Cherlapally. While 12,000 coins were printed, another edition is likely to be made due to the demand.

It is said that the coins touched the 10,000 mark in sales. The coins are available in four variants and customers are showing interest in buying the coins which come with wooden boxes. The coin’s cost is between Rs 4000 to Rs 5000. It is said that we can see a big demand for the coins in the coming days. On the other hand, people are showing interest in buying the coins with love towards NTR. Authorities are saying that they will make more coins available as the stock of coins in wooden boxes is over.
