Layoff EMails From 6AM: Workers Shaking And Screaming!

It wasn’t long before the software industry was super famous for creating a lot of job opportunities and providing stable financial conditions to those associated with the same. But that is not even remote the case these days.

The ongoing layoff procedure that is being implemented by several companies globally, including Microsoft, Google, Meta, Oracle and others has been too hard on the human workforce.

For now, the discussion is about Oracle, which is currently undergoing assigning down operation as the company has started to fire thousands of employees at once.

The worst possible thing about this Oracle operation has been with the fact that the company has started to send these mails from 6AM in the morning. This is resulting in extreme morning stress for the employees who are unable to bear the tension on whether their jobs are stable or not.

A part of the email that is being sent from Oracle to their laid off employees reads “Please click here to submit a personal email address immediately. If you make a submission error, please re-submit a new form.

Please Note: The personal email address will only be used for correspondence regarding separation-related information and severance agreements.

Access to your computer, email, voicemail, and files will be deactivated soon, and you will be unable to log into your computer. As a reminder, you are prohibited from downloading, copying or retaining (including emailing yourself any Oracle confidential information).”

The company had already fired 21,000 employees in the earlier months of 2026, and they are now reportedly firing more than 5000 to 8000 employees now.
