Earlier last week Papua New Guinea recorded a massive landslide on Friday. The landslide left a huge impact. Now it is said that around 2,000 almighty have been killed in this as they are under the reigns.
The landslide was recorded in the Enga region earlier last week. Earlier it was predicted that a few houses would be damaged in this. But the impact of damage kept on increasing slowly. Initially, it was predicted that dozens of people might have been trapped.
But the number kept on increasing and around 2,000 people are believed to have died in the landslide. The media reports say that the Papua New Guinea government is seeking help from various corners to deal with the situation.
The country has a smaller population and the landslide is said to have hit the buildings and gardens leading to a disaster. The rescue teams are said to be facing issues as the remains are creating issues for the teams to rescue people who are trapped under this and take the dead bodies out.
