It is known that Andhra Pradesh's deputy CM and Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan campaigned for the NDA alliance in Maharashtra. He selectively campaigned in the constituencies in Maharashtra that have a high Telugu population. And now that the NDA has swept Maharashtra and won the state by a comprehensive margin, Pawan Kalyan has shared his first reaction on the matter.

Tweeting about the massive win for the NDA alliance in Maharashtra, Pawan Kalyan wrote "Heartfelt Congratulations to the NDA #Mahayuti on the landslide victory in the Maharashtra elections!

This tremendous mandate reflects the trust of the people of Maharashtra in the visionary leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri Modi ji. The people of Maharashtra have chosen development, honesty, the ideology of Balasaheb Thackeray Ji, Sanatana Dharma, Unity over division, and a vision to building a Viksit Bharat and Viksit Maharashtra.

The land of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, which has always stood as a symbol of truth, valor, and justice, has once again chosen the path of progress and integrity."

Incidentally, the majority of the assembly constituencies that Pawan Kalyan campaigned were swept by the NDA alliance and this is goosebumps stuff for Janasena fans locally. In the total picture, NDA won 229 seats of the total 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra.
