There is a buzz that Pawan Kalyan might contest as an MP in the upcoming elections. It is said that he was advised to contest MP elections by the BJP and he is having a look at it. It is being reported that Pawan Kalyan might contest from the Kakinada MP segment if everything goes well.

Making the election episode even more interesting it is being said that Pawan Kalyan might contest two seats like he did in 2019. While he contested two MLA seats earlier it is being said that he might contest as an MLA and MP this time. No one would have predicted the twist.

It is said that if Pawan Kalyan can win as an MP then he might be taken into the Union Cabinet and hence he was asked to contest as an MP. Besides this, the Janasena chief might also contest as the MLA.

As Pawan Kalyan is gearing up for contesting two elections, a discussion was started on the pros and cons of this. The heads of the parties contesting two seats is not new and the trend has been going on for a long time in the Telugu states.

Earlier NTR, Chiranjeevi, and recently KCR took the path. They have managed to win just one seat. However, they contested MLA seats and not one MLA seat or MP seat.

On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan lost the last elections when he contested two seats. Janasena supporters did not forget the humiliation they went through after the results were out.

On the other hand, the supporters of the alliance are said to be confident that Pawan Kalyan would win the two seats and resign one. Not only that, the vote share would also be transferred.

BJP formally announced the alliance with TDP and Janasena. BJP National head JP Nadda issued a press release announcing the alliance. He welcomed the decision of TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan to be a part of the NDA alliance.
