Janasena has a forgettable outing in the 2019 elections. The party lost the elections cheaply and party chief Pawan Kalyan also lost. He contested from two seats and lost. But the party doesn't want to repeat the same mistake and it is very firm on the goal to enter the Assembly.
Pawan Kalyan is contesting from the Pithapuram seat. Janasenani is busy campaigning in the seat. Pawan Kalyan filed the nomination from the seat. He went as a rally to the office and submitted the nominated papers.
The loans Pawan Kalyan mentioned in the affidavit became the talk of the town as they account for over Rs 46 Crore. What’s even more surprising is that he borrowed Rs 2 Cr from his Vadina Surekha.
The names he provided in the affidavit from whom he borrowed money raised many doubts. The list includes noted Production Houses Haarika & Hassine Creations, Mythri Movie Makers, and DVV Creations. Pawan Kalyan also borrowed money from Naveen Yerneni, one of the members of Mythri Movie Makers Pvt. Ltd.
Many wonder if the amount Pawan Kalyan borrowed from the production houses and the Producers is an advance for the films. It is known that movies are the only source of Pawan’s Income. Unlike other stars, he won't appear in ads.
Pawan Kalyan on many occasions said that he is doing movies to run the party and fund the party activities. As it takes a lot of money to take care of the party activities he is doing movies.
On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan also mentioned Akira and Aadya as Dependents. However, they have the surname of their mother Renu Desai instead of Pawan Kalyan as the couple got divorced.
In the election affidavit, Pawan Kalyan said that his debts increased in the last five years. While his debts stood at Rs 33 crore in 2019, the same increased to Rs 64+ in 2024. The debts almost increased by two folds. Pawan Kalyan paid a massive amount of Rs 73.92 as tax and donated Rs 20 crore.
