What are the sections of cases against Allu Arjun?

As many of us know by now, Hero Allu Arjun has been taken into custody by the Hyderabad Police, and he is currently being held at the Chikkadpalli Police Station. He is being questioned by the Hyderabad police in the case pertaining to the stampede incident that claimed the life of a lady during Pushpa 2 premieres.

Coming to the latest media reports. On this case, we are hearing that cases with multiple sections have been filed against the Arjun.

Sections 105, 118(1), Read with 3/5 BNS filed on #AlluArjun Non-bailable case under section 105. These are the nature of the cases that have been filed against the Allu hero.

Shockingly enough, there is even a non bailable case that has been filed. This could mean big trouble to everyone involved as once this case goes through the legal process can be extremely challenging and binding.

Another factor to be considered here is that the courts in Telangana will not be functioning tomorrow and the day after due to the second Saturday holiday. So whatever reciprocated action that is to be taken by Arjun’s legal team must be taken today.

There is a lot of suspense going on about whether or not, Allu Arjun will be granted station bail in this case. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun’s fans have been piling up in big numbers outside the Chikkadpalli Police Station in support of their Hero.
