Dropped from team; Prithvi Shaw Is Heartbroken

Popular Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw expressed his frustration on social media after being left out of Mumbai's squad for the first three matches of the Vijay Hazare Trophy. It comes as a rude shock to him. Sharing his thoughts over the same, Prithvi asked God what more he had to do to get into the team.
Prithvi Shaw scored 3,399 runs in 65 matches at an average of 55.7 and a strike rate of 125.8. Prithvi Shaw voiced disbelief over being considered "not up to the mark." His record includes 10 centuries and 14 half-centuries.
Adding to his woes, Shaw went unsold in the recent IPL auction despite being listed twice at a base price of INR 75 lakh. The young cricketer who last represented India in a T20I against Sri Lanka in July 2021.
"Tell me, God, what more do I have to see if 65 innings, 3399 runs at an average of 55.7 with a strike rate of 126, I'm not good enough, but I will keep my faith in you, and hopefully, people believe me in still, cause I will come back for sure. OM SAI RAM," Prithvi Shaw wrote on his Instagram Stories.
