U-19 Series: Rahul Darvid’s Son Selected For The Tournament!

Rahul Dravid is among the legendary players India has produced. He is known for his technique and fans fondly call him the Wall. He later became the Head Coach and got a memorable send-off as India lifted the T20 Trophy. Now all eyes are on his son who is a youngster.

Indian U-19 and Australian U-19 teams are slated to lock horns for the Test series and ODI series hosted by India. For the upcoming series, the BCCI had announced the squad and Rahul Dravid’s son made it to the list.

Samit Dravid was picked for the series. The 18-year-old is a bowling all-rounder. In the recent Maharaja T20 Trophy, Samit Dravid represented the Mysuru Warriors team and played a few matches.

As he got a call for the series all eyes are on him to see what he can do with his performances. 3 ODIs and two Test matches will be played in the series. While Puducherry will host the ODIs, Chennai will host the Test matches.

Rahul Gravid left a big legacy behind him and now his son got a call for the U-19 series. We have to say that people will try to draw a comparison between them.
