There is no more suspense on Congress forming the government and the Chief Minister taking oath. The High Command picked Revanth Reddy as the Chief Minister who is slated to take oath as the Chief Minister of the state tomorrow. Arrangements are being made for the big occasion.

Ahead of the big occasion, BJP firebrand leader Raja Singh who created sensation in the elections by recording a hattrick win in the heartland area made some crucial comments. He said that Congress cannot stay in power too long in the state.

“Congress cannot run the government in Telangana for a longer period. It will stay in power for just one year. BJP will come to power later. Development in Telangana is possible only with the BJP. KCR talked about changing the Constitution, but the Telangana people changed him,” he said.

When the party was gearing up for the oath-taking ceremony Raja Singh made these comments. His comments started a debate on whether he casually made these comments or if there was any other reason behind this.

BJP came to power in a few states by toppling the governments in a few states. We can cite many states as examples. Did he say the statements on similar lines or did he predict what Congress would face in the coming days based on the possible internal issues it might face? These are the doubts many have and we need clarity on this.

Congress had a tough time with the internal issues among the leaders in a few states. Jyotiraditya Scindia's issues with the party cost big time for the Congress.
