Fearing Arrest, RGV Wants Virtual Investigation

Earlier today, a horrifying scene for RGV was observed at his residence in Hyderabad. Andhra Pradesh police, more relevantly, Ongole Rural police piled up at his house in the city, thus indicating that his arrest is imminent.

However, RGV being the elusive man that he is, has sorted legal remedies and sought virtual investigation instead of custodial action.

A short while back, RGV’s legal counsel wrote “My client RGV is deeply immersed in a work schedule which was fixed much earlier and as high costs are involved in the said project, it will impact the producers and also my client Mr. Ram Gopal Varma. P, is of high repute having made many award winning films is a law abiding citizen and he states that, he will fully comply with the conditions laid down in the notice.”

It is mentioned that RGV is caught up with his work schedules and unable to make time for investigation at this point.

Further, my client resides in Hyderabad and since he's very tied up in his work with regard to an upcoming film I request you to kindly provide/facilitate virtual investigation process through video conference (Hybrid Model), RGV’s lawyer added.

But will AP police actually permit this hybrid model for the investigation? We will know tha answer soon.

It is known that RGV is named in a case pertaining to the abusive and offensive social media posts against Chandrababu, Nara Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan.
