Legendary personality in the media industry is no more. Ramoji Rao was taken to a hospital a few days back due to issues in taking a breath. In the early hours of June 8 which is today, he breathed his last. The news came as a shock to one and all. His mortal remains were shifted to Ramoji Film City.
Tributes are pouring in for the Media Mugal who has an unmatched legacy to his name. The famous personalities are heading to the Ramoji Film City to pay their tributes to the Eenadu group founder.
Telugu Desam Party chief paid rich tributes to Ramoji Rao. On the occasion, he recalled the memories he had with Mr Rao and how the Eenadu Group Chairman is his inspiration in fighting against the issues.
Now an old video is getting all the attention as it has a connection to Amaravati. Earlier Chandrababu Naidu made crucial comments on the role Ramoji Rao played behind Amaravati and giving the name. The then Chief Minister said when they were thinking about the name Ramoji Rao suggested Amaravati after research and the name was approved unanimously.
The video is now doing rounds with TDP sharing it on its official account saying that these are the old comments of Chandrababu Naidu on Ramoji Rao he made earlier.
With the alliance coming to power Amaravati would be developed as the capital again. The work which was stopped would be resumed soon. Nara Lokesh already said Amaravati is going to be the capital of the state.
State Bifurcation was a big blow to Andhra Pradesh as it was left with no capital. After 2014 there were a few doubts on where the capital would be set up. The TDP government announced Amaravati as the capital. The region is located between Guntur and Vijayawada.
