Tirumala Laddu Issue: What’s Revanth Reddy’s Reaction?

The ongoing controversy surrounding the Tirumala Laddu has become a major cause of concern. The Andhra Pradesh government is almost extensively involved with the same as they have been pushing the blame on YSR Congress ecosystem for the alteration of Laddoo ghee .

The Tirumala laddu controversy has recently sparked intense debate, drawing political attention from both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The issue reportedly revolves around concerns related to the preparation and management of the iconic laddu prasadam at the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, triggering criticism, allegations, and demands for clarity from various groups.

As the matter gained traction, several political leaders were asked to respond, given the laddu’s deep religious significance for millions of devotees across the country.

However, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy firmly refused to comment on the controversy. Speaking to the media, he stated that the Tirumala laddu issue belongs to a neighboring state and that the Telangana government has no authority to intervene.

“It is an issue of another state. We have no scope to interfere,” he clarified, signaling a deliberate effort to stay away from a sensitive religious and administrative matter.

Revanth further stressed the importance of respecting state boundaries when it comes to governance and temple administration. He indicated that the Andhra Pradesh government and the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams are fully capable of addressing the situation.

His response reflects a cautious political approach, aiming to avoid inter state friction while ensuring that Telangana remains focused on its own administrative priorities rather than engaging in controversies beyond its jurisdiction.
