The much-awaited Lok Sabha elections are fast approaching in the country. Andhra Pradesh will also go for the general elections. Ahead of this, the Bharatiya Janata Party announced an alliance with TDP and Janasena. The three parties will walk together in the elections as happened in 2014.

It is said that BJP would get a respectable number of seats in AP. The first reaction on this came from Revanth Reddy as he questioned the move. The Telangana Chief Minister asked why the BJP allied with the TDP when the party is very strong.

It is known that BJP took the Lok Sabha elections prestigiously and record a third consecutive win. BJP won 2014 and 2019 elections and wants to repeat the same in 2024 as well. BJP is sounding confident of winning and dominating the elections.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently said that the NDA alliance would win 400 seats and the BJP would win 370 seats alone. Ahead of the elections, the Prime Minister made the big claim. He even said that winning 370 seats would be a tribute to Syama Prasad Mookerjee.

On one hand, the opposition parties formed a grand alliance to take on the BJP for the Lok Sabha and stop the saffron party from recording a third consecutive win. On the other hand, the BJP is confidently saying that it will win the polls.

Highlighting this, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy asked why Narendra Modi is going for the alliances when NDA is strong and capable of winning 400 seats.

Talking about the alliance between Chandrababu Naidu and Narendra Modi, Revanth Reddy asked why Modi is forming alliances in the states. The Chief Minister said that the NDA is not that strong and it is banking heavily on the alliances.
