Done With Rice Ban, US To Face Sugar Ban Next?

India might be a developing country. But any decision it takes would have a big impact on the world and other nations would face issues. We have seen this with the recent ban on the export of rice. With this' Indians living in other nations faced a big shock and rushed to the rice stores to stock up on rice bags.

No words can describe the issues Indians living in other nations went through with the rice ban. Now the media reports say that another ban will hit the United States. A lot of media reports are doing rounds on this.

It is known that India is among the big exporters of sugar. Now reports are abuzz that' India is likely to impose a ban on rice export. Though the ban would not be imposed any time soon' the possibility of the same cannot be ruled out.

Sugar consumption in nations like the US' the UK' and others is very high. Talking about the US market' it is largely used. Despite good sugar cane cultivation in the country' the US is also dependent on the imports of sugar.

The reason is that the chances of people using Indian brands of sugar are very low as sugar manufactured by local brands is available largely. We will get a big clarity on this' once the Indian government or the ISMA makes an official announcement about the possible sugar ban.
