Leaders are leaving the party making it even weaker. The current government is looking at the alleged irregularities that happened in the previous term.

The sheep distribution scheme has been a sensation for the past few months. We have seen the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) stepping in and probing the matter. A few officials were taken into custody already.

There are strong allegations that irregularities worth Rs 700 cr might have taken place in the scam. With this, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) stepped in to look into the matter. It is said that the ED gave notices to the concerned officials seeking details and the files.

With the alleged irregularities, there are reports that say that the probe might happen from the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) angle to see if there are any lapses.

It is said that the ED is gathering details of the beneficiaries of the schemes and the agencies that distributed the sheep to the beneficiaries under the scheme to see if any irregularities happened.

Looking at the pace at which the investigation is going on we might see some sensational scenes as the investigating agencies are expected to unearth some big details. Let us wait and see what happens next.
