Small Girl Falls Prey To Wild Animal At Alipiri Footpath!

The holy shrine of Tirumala is not just one of the country's wealthiest temples but also a popular one. Daily thousands of devotees visit the temple to offer their prayers to the presiding deity. Unfortunately, the visit of a family to the temple turned tragic with a six-year-old girl passing away.
Going into details, a family was on its way to the temple on Alipiri footpath. All of a sudden, a leopard entered the footpath and attacked a girl. The victim’s family members screamed loudly forcing the wild animal to leave the place. It is said that the leopard dragged her into the wild.
The shocking incident happened on the night of Friday, and the issue was taken to the notice of the concerned cops. A search operation was launched and the efforts resulted in finding out the body of the victim who is just six years.
Her family is crying their hearts out as they lose the victim. The victim’s mother spoke to the media and asked why measures were not taken for the security and safety of the devotees when there is a possibility of attacks. She also said that things would have been different if the measures would have been taken.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time we heard of such incidents. A few incidents were reported already. A couple of months back, a boy was also attacked by a wild animal. But he was fortunate enough to survive the attack with injuries.
Alipiri footpath area is an attack-prone area and a few devotees fell prey to the attacks. Reacting to the recent issues, the devotees say that the authorities should focus on safety and take the required measures.
