Everyone knows the sensation the Note For Vote case has created in the Telugu states. As the alleged scam came to light after the bifurcation it sent shocking waves in both states. The case had increased the political heat back then. Now the case saw a massive development.

What the Supreme Court said came as a rude shock to former MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy and a relief to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Alla Ramakrishna Reddy’s petitions to include Chandrababu Naidu as the accused and transfer the case to CBI were dismissed by the top Court.

The Apex Court upheld the decision of the High Court. Earlier the High Court dismissed the petition filed by the former MLA to add Chandrababu Naidu as the accused. The same happened with the Supreme Court.

It is known that Alla Ramakrishna Reddy is after Chandrababu Naidu in the case and filed a few petitions with multiple courts. However, he only faced setbacks from the courts. Another one joined the list with the Supreme Court dismissing the petitions.

What happened can be seen as a massive relief to Chandrababu Naidu, the current Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. The case earlier increased the political heat as the BRS leadership said that no one can save Chandrababu Naidu. Revanth Reddy was arrested and sent to jail in connection with the case earlier.

The case goes back to 2015 during the MLC elections. There are allegations that money was used to influence the votes. The case grabbed everyone’s attention in the country not just the state.
