Surgery To Keep KCR Away From Action For A Few Weeks!
The doctors said that the surgery would be performed on Friday at 4:00 PM. They prescribed eight weeks of rest to him.
Former Telangana Chief Minister KCR fell in his bathroom on Thursday night. He was immediately rushed to the Yashoda hospital. The hospital management had released a bulletin on his health condition. Doctors said that a left hip replacement surgery was needed and upon scanning they found a left Hip fracture.
The doctors said that the surgery would be performed on Friday at 4:00 PM. They prescribed eight weeks of rest to him. The bulletin said that his health is stable and doctors are examining his condition. He slipped and fell in his bathroom on Thursday night. Following this he was rushed to the hospital.
Former Minister KTR reacted to the issue. While sharing the news about his father's health KTR said that he needs to undergo a Hip Replacement Surgery and thanked everyone for sending messages wishing him speedy recovery.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy inquired about KCR's health and urged the higher officials to update him about KCR's health. The Police department was directed to increase security, and 250 Police personnel were deployed there. Prime Minisyer Narendra Modi also inquired about KCR's health.
On the other hand, it is said that a green channel was set up to ease traffic clearance and increase security. In the presence of Police officials the former Chief Minister was reportedly sent to the hospital as per the reports.
As the elections wre held, the MLAs should be sworn in to elect the speaker. A person who administers the oath of MLAs is called Protem Speaker and the person who wins most MLA elections would lead the MLAs.
BRS chief KCR had won the most number of elections as MLA. With this, many felt that he might be the Protem Speaker. However, KCR is not well and he might need a few weeks of rest which might keep him away from action.
Adding fuel to this opinion in the absence of KCR, AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi was reportedly selected as the Protem Speaker. He administers the oath of the MLAs who will formally elect the speaker of the Assembly house.
