TCS Fiasco: Sarees Pulled, Touched Inappropriately!

The kind of revelations that are being established in the TCS campus in Nashik, case are literally prizing and shaking up the entire IT sector across the country. Things are not looking for the company and it campus as new people are coming out every day and making shocking revelations about the same.

Now we have the case of an employee who has revealed that her sari was inappropriately pulled, and she was touched in adequately during her time at the company.

This one particular female employee, who was a part of the Nashik campus of the TCS has revealed that she was frequently tortured and physically tormented by some men there.

According to her own revelations “Would Pull My Saree, Place Hands On My Thigh" she claims she had to face comments like "player", "zero figure", comments about Hindu gods and obscene gestures by her colleagues.

This is extremely shocking revelation about Nashik campus of the TCS, which happens to be one of the biggest global IT companies and was generally regarded as the pride of Indian IT sector.

Usually, the Tata company is held with the highest regard for their strict principles and exceptional working condition. But this set of shock revelations regarding the Nashik campus have largely restricted the image of the company and placed the doubts on the same.

It is now the responsibility of the company leadership to take strict action and ensure that such activities do not repeat in the future at any cost.
