When the Telugu Desam Party and Janasena joined hands there were a lot of expectations. Many predicted that Janasena would be given a good number of seats as part of the alliance so that the party could play a role in the government if the alliance comes to power.

This is the reason behind the TDP-Janasena’s joint press meet getting all the attention which was held to announce the candidates list. Those who eagerly waited to hear big news on the seat sharing faced a big shock as Janasena was restricted to just 24 seats.

The list raised many concerns among the supporters and common people as well. A few Janasena leaders openly expressed their dissatisfaction with the list. An aspirant burst into tears after learning that he was denied a ticket despite working hard.

Veteran Kapu leader Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah who has been fighting for the demands of the community to attain power had reacted to the list. He was not happy with the list that was announced. He sought clarity on this from Pawan Kalyan.

In his response on the issue Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah said that the backward classes should get power and Pawan Kalyan was expected to play a big brother’s role in this. But the TDP-Janasena alliance is not giving any such hope on this.

Talking about the joint public meeting which is slated to be held on the 28th of this month, Chegondi said that if the clarity is not given at the meeting then he would show what he can do on the 29th of this month. All eyes are on him now to see what he can do.

It has to be mentioned here that the former Minister has been giving suggestions to Janasena and TDP on seat sharing and how the two parties should share the seats. At regular intervals, he has been releasing the letters giving his opinions.
