AP- TG Split Like India- Pakistan: What’s Happening?

There was a very interesting piece of discussion in the Indian Parliament today regarding the increasing of the Parliamentary and assembly seats across the country. This has been the primary discussion for a while now, and a new demographic opened the Parliament today.

This created a new controversy when Karnataka BJP leader, Tejasvi Surya made highly problematic comment in Parliament.

In his interaction in the Parliament, Tejasvi Surya said Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where divided so drastically that it reminded everyone of the partition of India and Pakistan.

This statement from the talented young MP has immediately created a huge sensation as a leaders from Telangana immediately fired back at him for the same.

“The BJP spits venom against the formation of Telangana yet again! Likening the Telangana demerger to the India-Pakistan Partition is foolish and deserves strong condemnation.

Telangana was formed due to the protracted struggle and sacrifices of its people.BJP leaders seem to have developed a habit of insulting the sacrifices and self-respect of the people of Telangana.

It is utterly shameful that 8 Telangana BJP MPs sitting in the same house could neither stop nor correct their fellow MP’s unacceptable remarks.

I condemn these remarks and demand an unconditional apology from” KTR tweeted.

The fact that a sitting MP from South Indian state made such a wild comment on the partition of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana while comparing it to the division of India and Pakistan has shocked everyone.
