It is already been on the United States of America and India have been indulging in a tariff war where both the countries are not in a promising situation. This is primarily due to the fact that Donald Trump has imposed unexpected tariffs on India due to the oil trade with Russia.

However, there is finally some positive momentum building as Ronald Trump tweeted about how USA’s connection with India is far too deep rooted to be meddled with.

In this context, Donald Trump tweeted earlier “ I am pleased to announce that India, and the United States of America, are continuing negotiations to address the Trade Barriers between our two Nations.

I look forward to speaking with my very good friend, Prime Minister Modi, in the upcoming weeks. I feel certain that there will be no difficulty in coming to a successful conclusion for both of our Great Countries!.”

Shortly, after posted this tweet on his social media handles, this was followed by reciprocal message from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well.

“India and the US are close friends and natural partners. I am confident that our trade negotiations will pave the way for unlocking the limitless potential of the India-US partnership. Our teams are working to conclude these discussions at the earliest. I am also looking forward to speaking with President Trump. We will work together to secure a brighter, more prosperous future for both our people.” Modi wrote.

It is good to see the kind of camaraderie that is developing between the two global leaders as they appear to be indulging in friendly activities after a brief spell of hostility.
