Donald Trump, known for his second term as the President of the United States, is not only a political figure but also a prominent business magnate, with real estate being a significant part of his business empire. The Trump Real Estate company is reportedly making its debut in India, with Pune, Maharashtra, chosen as the location for its inaugural project. Pune, a city that ranks alongside Noida, Bangalore, and Hyderabad in terms of IT industry prominence, is now set to host two modern office towers on North Main Road, marking Trump Real Estate's first venture in the country. This project is a joint effort between Trump Real Estate, Tribeca Developers, and Kundan Spaces.
For decades, the Trump company has aimed to establish a strong presence in the Indian market, where the Trump brand is already well-regarded. Tribeca Developers, the local partner for this venture, brings to the table their experience in creating high-end residential spaces across four Indian cities. The project, named the Trump World Center, will unfold over 4.3 acres, featuring a design that aligns with the local real estate market's value. Spanning 27 floors and covering a total area of 1.6 million square feet, the Trump World Center is envisioned as a hub for business and office spaces. With an estimated investment of Rs 1700 crores and expected sales of Rs 2500 crores, the developers anticipate a profitable venture even before breaking ground, projecting a completion timeline of about four years.
