United States president to Donald Trump had this highly problematic approached towards tariff system where he imposed numerous sanctions and financial implications on import and export activities.

At one point, Trump had impose that of nearly 50% on Indian goods in the United States, which was a great financial burden to the Indian exporting community.

However, things took time after the United States, Supreme Court faulted Donald Trump for his method of operation with regard to the tariff system. It was communicated by the Supreme Court that Trump must immediately refund the tariffs on priority to all the exporters.

This would essentially mean that the United States authorities might have to be refunding in the range of $10 billion-$20 billion to the Indian exporters, who had paid the tariff earlier.

This roughly converts to Rs 1 lakh crore at the very least. This number could even possibly go up to ₹2 lakh crore if the Indian exporting community is hard enough with their negotiations with the United States authorities.

This is a very positive sign to the Indian exporters who had paid massive tariffs to the United States government by when Trump was going rampant with his tariff imposition. This is going to be a tricky situation for every concerned party, but if India can stay assistant, they could get a significant contribution from the United States economy.
