The government of Andhra Pradesh, which is led by the NDA alliance is taking several reformative decisions with regard to public policy making, and they are back on the job now.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, has launched a new welfare initiative called “Uber Taraha Yojana” to support auto drivers in Andhra Pradesh.

Under this scheme, the government will provide financial aid and modern facilities to improve the lives of auto drivers. Speaking at the launch event, Naidu said that the program aims to help drivers earn better incomes and ensure social security for their families.

The scheme includes vehicle insurance, fuel subsidies, and financial assistance for maintenance. The government also plans to introduce digital payment systems and GPS tracking for improved passenger safety. Over 2.90 lakh auto drivers are expected to benefit from this initiative.

Naidu emphasized that empowering workers is key to economic progress. TDP leader Nara Lokesh stated that the government is also focusing on improving education standards and creating job opportunities for youth.

Additionally, efforts are being made to enhance public transport safety and women’s self-employment through e-auto schemes. The government announced that welfare programs will continue to reach every household, reflecting its commitment to inclusive development and the welfare of the working class.
