The latest updates are suggesting that a female member of Parliament from the United Kingdom has filed a lawsuit against Elon musk or personal derogatory stuff.
British MP Jess Asato has filed a lawsuit at the High Court in England against xAI, the company behind Grok, over deepfake s*xualized images created using the platform.
The case stems from January, when Asato publicly criticized Grok and users responded by creating and circulating fake images of her in a bikini and a video depicting her being prepared for a sexual assault.
She filed a claim in London High Court against xAI alleging the company breached data protection and privacy laws by allowing Grok users to generate non-consensual s*xualised images of her.
Asa to said Grok produced images of her in a bikini and a video "showing her being chloroformed and prepared for a sexual assault."
Her lawyer Ravi Naik said "Developers must answer for the way they design and deploy their tools. An image that is of you, designed to look like you and whose purpose is to degrade you must be an image of you."
