Amidst Chaos, USA Gives Good News To Indian Students!
This is largely due to the restrictions imposed by Trump regarding the immigration policy, and also the employment opportunities.
The Donald Trump regime in the United States has been nothing but disaster to the Indian community and particularly the younger generation. This is largely due to the restrictions imposed by Trump regarding the immigration policy, and also the employment opportunities.
But finally, there is a piece of positive news, and this is regarding the student population in the United States. This has something to do with the F1 visa that is extremely popular among the Indian students in the United States of America.
This has something to do with the Federal Court that has imposed a stay order on the earlier application that the Trump administration made on the student F1 visa.
A federal court temporarily blocked a government rule that reduced the F-1 student visa grace period from 60 days to 30 days on September 14, 2026, just one day before it was set to take effect.
This would essentially mean that if one visa holders can have a great period of 60 days to find a new job or employment opportunity to stay in the United States. Earlier, the department administration had intended to reduce this to 30 days, which would have been catastrophic to the Indian community.
But now that this judgement has been removed by the federal court, Indian students can stay for up to 60 days in the United States and find opportunities in order to extend their visa.
