Trump New Shock: EB5 Visa Stopped For Indians!

United States, president, Donald Trump and his administration have been doing everything in their power to make sure that Indians face very problematic situation in the country. First, it was the imposition of $100,000 fee on H1B visa, and now it is the restriction on EB5 Visa.

It has been confirmed by the United States immigration authorities that the EB5 visa has been put on hold for the Indian community till October.

For those who don’t already know about the EB5 visa, it is a work permit operation in the United States, which makes it easier for immigrants to obtain the green card if they invest over $800,000 in the United States.

But the sad thing is that the Indian EB-5 applicants currently in the Unreserved pipeline, an “Unavailable” status is on display.

This would essentially mean that the United States immigration authorities have collectively decided to pause the issuance of EB5 visa for the Indian community, at least till October this year.

This is going to go down as one of the most problematic decisions taken by the United States administration as this would largely cut down the employment opportunities for the Indian community there.

Trump appears to be doing everything possible to make sure that the Indian community does not have a settled lifestyle in the US as he has been going after the working population repeatedly.
