F1 Headache For Indian Students In US: Beware, Don't Leave USA!

It is an established fact that a large portion of the Indian student community prefers to travel to the United States for better employment opportunities and general living conditions as well. But the Donald Trump government in the US has been making life very hard just for Indian population, but also the International immigration population.

Now the local authorities have stated a new regulation with regard to the standard F1 visa that is generally granted to the student population in the United States.

Previously this, we did not have any timeline restrictions, and anyone who had access to the same could stay in the United States for as long as they wished if they met the visa restrictions. However, the latest judgement that has been taken by the department of online security is that this student visa will be valid for only four years.

Even if the student manages to get a job in this period, he/ she will have to approach the United States immigration authorities are the Department of Homeland to extend their stay. This will no longer be at this discretion of the employer who would give the job to this student as the United States Homeland security is also getting involved.

From now, on the prolonged day of international student and particularly the Indian student population in the US will be entirely dependent on the decision taken by the Homeland security. This is very bad news to the Indian folk.

Legal expert in the United States has communicated to the Indian student population that it is not advised to leave the US anytime soon as it would be it tough for them to come back in the future.

It appears that Donald Trump is doing everything in his power to make sure that the international immigration population in the US does not have a good time there. It is becoming increasingly blatant that he is holding a lot against the international folk.
