It is already known that the long-standing dispute between Vijay Mallya and the Indian government and the banks that are concerned with the same have been in a problematic situation for the last decade.

The banks have been trying to recover the disputed amount from Vijay Mallya, but that’s simply not happening at any expense.

Now the Bombay High Court has issued a very interesting statement on the Vijay Mallya case that has been at hearing with the authorities and also the bank representatives for a decade now.

The Bombay High Court has stated that such commercial disputes must now come to an end, regarding the dispute between fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya and the series of banks led by SBI, which has been going on for nearly a decade.

The court said that if the case drags on for a long time, it could impact the country's economy which has been a concern for a while now.

The court has also sought from the ED a complete detail of the current status of the investigation against Mallya and the properties seized so far. In this connection, it is now being established that the ED's report could be crucial in the next hearing.

Considering the fact that Vijay is one of the most famous fugitives against India in the last few years, this case has gained significant attraction over the recent past. It has to be seen when the authorities would be putting an end to this scenario.
