New Media In Telugu Politics: Will it Work?

Former right hand of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Vijay Sai Reddy has recently quit politics as he said he would indulge in agriculture and has no interest in politics anymore. But he is already back in the scene as he confirmed his plan to launch Media channel.

In his latest communication on social media, Vijay Sai Reddy, who previously had YCP umbrella on his shoulder has now said he would be launching a media channel with a neutral touch.

“Very soon, we will be launching a digital media platform for news in Telugu, Hindi and English. This platform will be balanced, unbiased and committed to the truth.

Our aim is to give a voice to the people and highlight real issues that matter to the common man, women, youth, farmers, workers and the underprivileged. The platform will remain independent and will not align with any political party.

After a successful launch, we also plan to launch a Telugu satellite news channel with the same vision and values. The name of the platform will be announced soon. Stay tuned.” He said.

The Telugu Media space is already occupied with multiple channels belonging to the ruling TDP ecosystem and the opposition YCP system. So we have to see if there is enough time and space for people to encourage a new channel that is going to be launched by Vijay Sai Reddy.

It appears that the senior politician is planning to make a comeback in the political arena by using this media channel, and this is every clever strategy that is often used by many people.

It appears that the Telugu public will now have to prepare for the arrival of another big Media outlet that will have a significant political commentary on the ongoing series of events.
