A tragic incident has shocked the Telugu community in the United States. Sai Nithin, a 29-year-old student from Vijayawada, died of a sudden cardiac arrest in his sleep in Lima, a remote area near Houston, Texas. Reports say the young man collapsed after falling from his bed around 3:30 AM.
