What Made Kavitha Move Court Against Authorities?
She was taken to Delhi and was sent to remand after custody.
The much-talked Delhi Liquor Scam took a big turn and saw a few big developments. Former MP Kavitha was taken into custody and sent to remand. She was taken to Delhi and was sent to remand after custody. She already alleged political conspiracy behind the case.
Now it is being said that Kavitha filed a sensational petition in the court seeking the orders. Reports say that in the petition the former MP sought action against the authorities who are not allowing her to get the facilities that were granted to her earlier.
It is said that home food, chappals, dresses, bedsheets, books, specs, papers, and pens were not allowed. Having said that Kavitha sought the directives for action against the authorities. The Court might hear the petition in a couple of days.
It is said that at the time of sending her into the remand, the Court permitted Kavitha to have home food, mattresses, and other facilities. The same is said to have been mentioned in the orders.
Contrary to this now it is said Kavitha moved the Court with a petition saying that she is not allowed to use the facilities that were permitted by the Court. As the Court is expected to hear the petition it has to be seen what the Court would say on this.
Kavitah was picked up by the ED in connection with the Delhi Liquor scam earlier this month. She was taken to the national capital and she was in ED custody. When she was produced before the Court she was sent to remand.
