Marriage is a big occasion in anyone's life as it is a big celebration. Marriage is the beginning of a beautiful journey of two individuals. Family members and relatives will eagerly wait for the wedding bells to ring at the earliest. Wedding season also generates a huge revenue for a few sectors.

However, a new thing has come out which says that people are finding it difficult to find partners. People with big incomes are also facing issues which is strange.

The study says that people are showing interest in marrying those who are from the same profession and with the same educational qualifications. This is showing a big impact on marriages.

Due to various reasons, people are unable to get married even after turning 30 or 35. Religion, Caste, and financial positions are said to be playing a big role in the delay in marriages. If there are class differences then caste and religion might not play a significant role.

The complexity of the issue is such that if boys are earning lakhs per month they could not get the matches as girls are reportedly saying no to such matches saying that the boys have no assets. Not everyone will have assets though they have high-income jobs.

As assets are seen as big support, parents and girls are said to be preferring matches who have assets. With this, boys are unable to get the matches. People showing interest in getting married to those who are in the same profession is also a big issue.

For example, women who completed MBBS and MD are finding it difficult to get matches as boys who have the qualifications are very few. So girls are said to be finding issues with this.

In total factors like Caste, Religion, financial situation and the field they are working have a big role to play in the chances of one getting suitable matches for marriage. This is the reason why people, mainly boys, are unable to get matches.
