Unfair Removal: X Asked To Pay Massive Amount For Ex Employee!

X platform which was earlier Twitter went into the hands of Elon Musk after a lot of twists and turns. At last he took over the platform. Eversince the platform went into his hands he brought many changes raising many eyeballs. Earlier a few media reports alleged that employees were forced to work for longer hours.
Now the platform faced a massive blow as it was asked to pay as much as $602640 to a former employee who was reportedly sacked unfairly. Calling the sacking unfair the Workplace commission gave the orders.
Going into details one Gary Rooney has been working with the platform since 2013. He was removed from the company in 2022 as he did not reply to the email. On the grounds he was removed.
Now the Ireland's Workplace Relations Commission gave key orders directing the platform to pay the compensation.
After Elon Musk took over the platform he brought many changes including raising the working hours. The concerned employee is said to have failed to tick a box in the email that he had recieved from the management.
