The YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led YSRCP had locked its target on the upcoming general elections
The YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led YSRCP had locked its target on the upcoming general elections. Given the unmatched performance, it had put up in the 2019 elections many say that it would not be a big task for it to win the elections. Surveys are also in favour of the ruling YCP predicting a big win.
Despite everything being in its favour the YSRCP is not taking the elections lightly and is putting in the best efforts. The ruling party is on a spree of announcing the in-charges. The second list of in-charges was announced by the leadership. In-charges for as many as 27 constituencies were announced.
More than the list the way the Chief Minister gave big importance to minorities, SC and ST caught everyone's attention. To see that they get a chance to get appointed as the in-charges a few leaders were asked to vacate.
A few leaders were shifted to other constituencies to give a chance to minorities, SCs, and STs. As an example of this Shaik Asif was appointed as the in-charge of Vijayawada West. For this former Minister Vellampalli Srinivas was shifted to Vijayawada Central.

Kambala Jogulu- Payakaraopeta
Vipparthi Venugopala Rao- P. Gannavaram
Tatiparthi Chandrasekar- Yerragondapalem
List Of ST In-charges
Kottagulli Bhagya Lakshmi- Araku MP seat
Thellam Rajyalakshmi- Polavaram
Talking about the BC Community, Margani Bharat(MP), Malasala Bharat Kumar, Chelluboyina Srinivasa Venugopalakrishna, and Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose were given a chance. Vellampalli Srinivas was given a chance from the Vaishya community.
The Kapu community and Minorities were also given chances in the in-charge appointments. Vanga Geetha, Thota Narasimham, and Varapula Subbarao were appointed as the In-charges from the Kapu community. Coming to minorities Shaik Asif, haik Noor Fatima, and BS. Maqbool Ahmed were given a chance.
Youngsters were also given a chance in the list of Former Minister Perni Nani's son Perni Krishnamurthy was appointed as Machilipatnam in-charge. Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy's son Chevireddy Mohith Reddy(Chandagiri), and Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose's son Surya Prakash(Ramachandrapuram) were also given a chance.
In total, the YCP appointed 38 In-charges for the party. If we look at the list the leadership made sure that the communities would get good representation and social empowerment was followed as a parameter.
