In what could be a concerning trend, unfortunate incidents involving Indian students are on the rise. At regular intervals, we are seeing such shocking incidents and there is no doubt in saying that the Indian community is very scared of what is happening.
Another shocking incident came to light which says that an Indian student reportedly went missing. He has not been traceable for the past week. As per the information, the student went missing on the 2nd of this month and since then there has been no update on his whereabouts.
It has been reported that a student named Rupesh Chandra Chintakindi has been missing since the 2nd of May. It's been a week since he went missing and the Consulate General of India is said to have swung into action and is coordinating with the authorities.
The missing student hails from Telangana. He is currently living in Chicago. Reports say that he went out to meet someone. Since then there has been no update on him and his family is very worried. It is said that the issue was taken to the notice of local police and concerned authorities.
The victim is an Engineering graduate and went to Chicago to pursue higher studies. He enrolled himself with Concordia University and is pursuing his Masters. He is just 25 years old. His family has been trying hard to seek the support of the Indian government and other officials.
