Aamir Khan leaves home, takes 4 Bandra flats on rent

Bollywood hero Aamir Khan has moved to a new address in Mumbai’s Bandra West, renting four luxury apartments in Pali Hill for Rs 24.5 lakh a month. His long‑time home at the Virgo Housing Society is under redevelopment, so this will be his base until the work is complete. The flats are in the Wilnomona building, just a short walk from Puja Casa, where Shah Rukh Khan is staying while Mannat is being redone.

Documents show Aamir signed a five‑year lease starting May 2025, with a 45‑month lock‑in period. He paid a security deposit of over Rs 1.46 crore, with the rent set to rise by 5% each year. The Virgo Housing project will feature premium sea‑facing homes priced at over Rs 1 lakh per square foot, with some units expected to cross Rs 100 crore in value.

Bandra West continues to draw Bollywood’s biggest names. Apart from Aamir and Shah Rukh, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Rekha all have homes there. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are also set to move into their new property nearby.

On the work side, Aamir was last seen in Sitaare Zameen Par, which grossed over Rs 165 crore in India. He will play Dadasaheb Phalke in Rajkumar Hirani’s next biopic, produce Lahore 1947 starring Sunny Deol, and make a cameo in Rajinikanth’s Coolie, slated for release on August 14, 2025.
