Actor Naresh surprises with his fitness routine

Senior Actor Naresh has been one of the highly fit actors in Telugu Cinema. Despite his age, the actor is able to maintain his charm and he is known for his fitness as well. To maintain his fitness, he and his wife, Pavitra travel with huge kitchen kit on the go, which weighs close to 35-40 kgs.


The actor revealed that he is paranoid about food poisoning and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). So, he is carrying this kitchen kit which includes an induction stove, a multipurpose cooker, a mini mixie, spices, atta, rice, pickles, and more. He is strict on his diet and avoids red meat, frozen foods.

His daily workout regime includes walking 10,000 steps a day and weight training. His regular diet also consists of consists of fruits, dried fruits, leafy greens, coconut water, buttermilk, poultry and more. On the other hand, Pavithra focuses on swimming, yoga, and meditation.

Naresh is currently working in many films in Telugu and he has plans to work in other languages like Tamil and Hindi, too. He asked people to not neglect their gut, dental and mental health and also advised them to drink coconut water, buttermilk rather than beer and aerated drinks, in Summer season.
