Court gave much bigger recognition than I've imagined - Shivaji

Natural Star Nani has kept his reputation on the line for his recent production, Court starring Priyadarshi, Harsh Roshan and Sridevi. The movie released all over and is performing phenomenally at the box office with huge collections. Actor Shivaji is garnering huge amount of appreciation for his role as Mangapati and his performance is being lauded by everyone.

Shivaji interacted with press about the movie and his character. He stated that when he read reviews and appreciation for his performance, he felt like his 25 year old dream has come true. He stated that a few found his performance as good as Animal film's antagonist Bobby Deol. He thanked Nani and Deepthi Ganta, Prashanti Tirpineni for trusting him with such a typical character.

He explained that he came to film industry to become an actor like SV Rangarao, Rajanala and Gummadi and never thought about restricting himself to playing lead roles. He further stated that he liked Mangapati role as it offers him a lot of nuances to fall back on and he connected with the character as they are people who would react in that extreme way.

He thanked director Ram Jagadeesh for crafting a great character and thinking of presenting him in such a role. He expressed his gratitude to all the audiences who have been showering him with heavy compliments. He remarked that he would be playing different roles in such roles in future too.
