Pooja Batra, a well-known Bollywood actress, gained fame through memorable roles alongside stars like Govinda and Sanjay Dutt. Surprising fans, she chose to step away from the spotlight after marrying Dr. Sonu Ahluwalia in 2002, moving to the United States.

Recently, her Instagram photos wearing a biscuit-colored maxi dress, silver earrings, and hand rings, with a curly hairstyle, have gone viral. Her caption, "Be strong, healthy, and happy. The rest is bull shit," reflects her resilient spirit.

As per her personal life, Coming from a distinguished background with her father, a Colonel in the Indian Army, and a family connection to the honored Param Vir Chakra recipient, Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, Batra's decision to prioritize love over stardom struck a chord.

After nearly a decade of marriage, Batra and Ahluwalia separated in 2011 due to conflicting career aspirations. Reports suggested that Hollywood offers clashed with her husband's wishes. Returning to India post-divorce, Batra aimed to revive her Bollywood career but faced challenges, settling for minor roles.
